2015 Chablis Domaine, Seguinot Bordet

Tasting note: Few producers own better sited vineyards than Jean-Francois Bordet, and because of his use of cooled stainless steel vats to ferment his Chardonnay, few wines match his for purity. He has captured flavours of melon with tropical notes, and the burst of grapefruit on the finish is most refreshing.

Food recommendation: Delicious with oysters, smoked salmon and sushi if you're pushing the boat out. For more everyday drinking Chablis is great with an array of seafood, especially if it’s served with a simple parsley or cream sauce.
