Cookery Class and Event Terms

 

Payment
Payment should be made in full at the time of booking. Baythorne Hall cannot take provisional bookings and we are unable to confirm your place on a course or at an event until we have received payment in full. Cheques should be made payable to Baythorne Hall Ltd.

 

Cookery Class Cancellations and refunds
In the unlikely event of a cancellation by Baythorne Hall, we will undertake to provide a suitable alternative within a reasonable period of time or make a full refund to you.

We do not issue refunds for cookery classes cancelled by the customer within 2 weeks of the class. Classes cancelled before 2 weeks from the class date will can be swapped for an alternative class of the same value, availability permitting, or refunded minus a £10 administration charge. 

 

Events Cancellations and refunds
If a customer needs to cancel their place at an event, or reduce the number in the party attending, we are able to accommodate this only when we are given at least 4 days notice prior to the event – this is because after this point we have incurred the costs of the event already. Any cancellations made after this point will be charged in full.
 

 

General

 

Baythorne Hall may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. None of Baythorne Hall's employees or agents has the right to bind Baythorne Hall to any verbal agreement which does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Baythorne Hall shall not be liable for any failure to meet its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Our terms and conditions on occasions have to change, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
