Well structured and rich wine using the best Cabernet Sauvignon and Carménère grapes from each vintage. Delicate violet, red fruit, peppermint, hazelnut aromas with a delicate hint of fine wood, blackcurrant and dried fruit on the back. All these elements combine to produce a wine of deep complexity. Gentle, clean and layered mouthfeel that gradually unveils its elegance.Warm, spicy and long finish.

Zardoz is sourced from the best parcels of grapes, which are de-stemed by hand and taken in trays to the tanks where the berries are removed from the bunch one by one. Seeding of selected yeasts and daily punching down, without pumping over. Alcoholic maceration for 1 to 2 weeks. Racking by gravity only in new barrels for malolactic fermentation. Aging for 18 to 24 months.
